  Dr. Westphal's practice is quite busy and it usually takes two to three weeks to secure an appointment. But, Dr Westphal is very courteous and takes his time with patients. He explains his diagnosis and answers any and all questions the patient presents. Both my son and I are patients. Dr. performed minor surgery on me and treated my son for acne. He took all of my son's medical conditions into account when prescribing his treatment plan and didn't just throw drugs at the problem. Dr. Westphal consulted with my son's other physicians as needed during the treatment phase. I felt Dr. Westphal was very interested in diagnosing and treating us and at no time did I feel uneasy during our appointment. Dr. Westphal's reception staff are courteous and helpful as are his nurses. They reviewed our paperwork and asked any needed questions to clarify our information. We are pleased with Dr. Westphal and his staff. I recommend him to anyone needing a dermatologist.
